Adsense is a programme by google. It shows ads to your website or blog. So at first you must have a website or free blog.

1. Open a gmail account

The next and main point is to increase your trgffic for your website or blog. You have to optimize search engine for you website or blog. Its your task how you will do it, but i can say that, without search engine optimization you will not get a large amount of traffic. Or, without any traffic you can't earn money. So optimize your site now. You can search in google. Mind that the more you get traffic the more you will earn from google. Try to give some extra info so that people attracts to your site. Then if you really have a good traffic then its time to work out. Now you can apply for adsense and i think google will consider your app form. Go to google.com/adsense and sing up. Mind that if you do any wrong in the application form then google will not accept your site to adsense. So be carefull about it. Give legal information about you. Give you payee information rightly. If you don't fill up your payee address correctly then you will not receive checks.
How you will receive money???
Google pays you via checks or bank transfer. So you can get money via check. Now its the main problem how you will set up your account. For this log in your adsense account and select account settings tab. Then set up your transfer setting. You can also receive money in your country whatever it may anywhere in the world. So set it at your own way.
When I will get paid?
Its the easy question. You will get paid when you have at least 100$ in your account. Purpose in this you have earned one hundred dollar but you will get your check at the last of next month.
